Salt Lake Tribune: Senate passes bill mandating 'fetal pain' abortion warnings, by Sheena McFarland: A bill that would require doctors to inform a woman about fetal anesthesia for abortions performed after 20 weeks passed the Senate Thursday. HB222, sponsored by Rep. Carl Wimmer, R-Herriman, would not require the information to be given during an emergency.
